The Flyers are a nationally ranked track club.
We teach biomechanically efficient quickness and sprint training.

Our emphasis has always been on the student-athlete, underscoring the basic fact that without academic achievement the athlete does not have an arena in which to perform.

The Flyers just returned from the 2007 AAU National Junior Olympics that were held in Knoxville, TN from July 28th through Aug 4th on the campus of the University of TN. The Flyers represented the city of Aurora and the state of Illinois very well. We took 68 athletes to the meet to compete against the best of the best from all over the country and once again proved that we were one of the best teams in the nation. The Flyers earned 34 medals, including 6 national championships and 2 new national records. Congrats to the athletes, coaches, parents, family and friends without whom the team could not be successful.
