CLINICS: SPEED AND QUICKNESS TRAINING

 

  • Join Coach Boatright and learn the basics of track as well as more advanced techniques for the inexperienced athlete.
  • The camp focuses on first step quickness and conditioning for all ages for both boys and girls.
  • They will learn agility, motor mechanics and mental preparation for sports forever.  They will also learn speed and defense for ball handling.
  • Learn power jumping, jump shooting and ball intensity to improve  performance.
  • Individual and group onsite training available.
