CLINICS: SPEED AND QUICKNESS
TRAINING
- Join
Coach Boatright and learn the basics of track as well as
more advanced techniques for the inexperienced athlete.
- The
camp focuses on first step quickness and conditioning
for all ages for both boys and girls.
- They
will learn agility, motor mechanics and mental
preparation for sports forever. They will also learn
speed and defense for ball handling.

power jumping, jump shooting and ball intensity to
improve performance.
