We are part of AAU Athletics as well as USA Track and Field, The Flyers are a nationally ranked track club. Listed below are the divisions the athletes compete in based on their year of birth. For track, division are based on when athletes are born not their current age. Also listed are the events the athletes can compete in.

 

Track Events:

• Sprints (100m, 200m, 400m, 800m)
• Hurdles (80m, 100m, 200m, 400m)
• Middle Distance (800m, 1500m)
• Distance (3000m, 5000m, Steeplechase, Racewalk)
• Relays (4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m)

 

Field Events:

• Shot put
• Javelin
• Discuss
• High Jump
• Long Jump
• Triple Jump
• Pole Vault

Multi-Events

• Triathlon (8-10 years old)
• Pentathlon (11-14 years old)
• Heptathlon (females 15-18)
